We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following open positions:

Clinical Operations
Core Lab Services Technician
The Core Lab Services Technician (CLST) functions as primary investigator contact with regard to the departments core lab services. The CLST facilitates data transmissions and provides sites with troubleshooting services and technical training. Outside of this essential customer service role, the CLST provides the Cardiovascular Core Laboratory call center coverage and control over the departments equipment inventory. The CLST is responsible for maintaining and conducting quality checks of department equipment as scheduled or necessary. The CLST must perform general office duties as required, including filing, correspondence and maintenance of equipment inventory.
High School Diploma or equivalent required with some collegte preferred. Demonstrated record of progressively responsible work experience. Demonstrated customer service, administrative and computer skills. Proficiency in a foreign language preferred.
Monitoring Services
Clinical Data Coordinators (Two Positions, I and II)
Responsibilities include performing the day to day tasks associated with cleaning a clinical database; Reviewing electronic discrepancies and issuing queries; Updating the database based on query responses, as well as Self Evident Corrections; Performing listing review and Quality Control activities and manual checks on CRF pages. Responsible for Data Clarification Form (DCF) tracking and daily reports.
Requires Bachelor’s degree, preferably in health, medical or life sciences; 2 years of experience in a CRO/Pharmaceuticals/Biotech industry data management environment; computer proficiency in a Microsoft Windows environment; and careful attention to detail and accuracy.
Monitoring Services
Clinical Research Associate (Various Locations)
Responsibilities include performing site visits to monitor and ensure study/protocol compliance according to GCPs/ICH, and other regulatory agency guidelines; Ensuring that the rights, well-being and safety of human subjects are protected; Assuring that the reported data is accurate, complete and verifiable from source documents; and maintaining ongoing and continuous professional communication with the clinical site and the study team.
Requires Bachelor’s Degree in health sciences or related field; Minimum 2 years CRA/Monitoring.
Business Development
Business Development Manager
The Business Development group has played a pivotal role in the growth of the company and will continue to do so. We are searching for the right candidate to be a part of this dynamic team and support the continued growth of the company. This person would ideally be based in Pennsylvania.
The Business Development Manager is responsible for securing new business from pharmaceutical, biotech, and device companies within Integrium’s target market and within a defined territory. They will also work closely with assigned current clients in securing repeat business. The BD Manager will have ownership within their territory of the process of leads identification and prospecting, and generating interest in Integrium’s capabilities. This will include actively seeking and conducting meetings and presentations with potential clients. They will have a pivotal role in responding to requests for proposals and proposal defense meetings, and will coordinate closely with Integrium’s operations and contracts teams in this process. The BD Manager will have a key role in promoting Integrium’s name within the industry - both in developing and executing strategies in support of this effort.
